BEC is a Winnipeg-based sole proprietorship company. It was established by Nick Barnes (B.Sc., M.Sc.), who has more than 30 years in the environmental planning and assessment profession.
This includes almost 15 years in consulting across Canada and more than 15 with Manitoba Hydro, including managing the environmental planning and regulatory approvals process for several major projects.
